The order should be placed 48hrs before the date of the event/party/function. Once the order is placed you can cancel the order within 2 hrs after placing it for full refund. The full refund will be credited to the same account which will reflect in your account within 6-7 days after asking for the refund.
If the order is cancelled within 24hrs after order is placed there will be a 50% cancellation charge of the total order bill. The full refund will be credited to the same account which will reflect in your account within 6-7 days after asking for the refund.
If the party/event/function date is rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances within 24hrs there will be no refund and an extra 10% of the total bill amount is charged for rescheduling which will be credited to gather’s account till your next party is scheduled provided the location of the party remain the same.
Refund after delivery of our services, if applicable
- There is an item less from the order you placed after proper investigation by our team. Refunds are only for the specific item.
- If the team failed to reach the party premises as given by the customer.
No refund
1.The food tasting should be done by the client before serving. Once the food is approved by the client there is no refund on food quality or taste.
- The team reaches the party premises and the venue is changed and not informed to the team.
- Wrong party date/time is provided in the app.
Once the investigation is complete by our team and refund is approved , we will send you an email to notify you for the approval of refund. We will also notify you if the refund is not approved with the reason.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
